SHIPPING POLICY

Unmarked Gear ships only within the U.S. at this time. We use standard ground USPS shipping for all orders. Expedited shipping is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Customers must reach out using the contact form or with an email to juniper@unmarkedgear.com as soon as possible for maximum chance of having expedited shipping arranged.

We do not offer free shipping promotions.

If something goes awry with your shipment, reach out to Unmarked Gear so that we can take next steps to help get your order sorted out. Unmarked Gear is ultimately not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. Returned/exchanged items must be in like-new condition and not show any sign of wear.

It is the responsibility of the customer to initiate a return/exchange within 30 days of receipt of the order. Any orders outside of this window are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
